Financial Obligations
About Financial Obligations
Below are the terms and conditions regarding tuition payments and financial responsibilities for the school year.
Fees must be paid within the first ten days of each month. The accounting office will provide verbal reminders for any outstanding financial obligations.
If a child begins attendance in mid-September or October, the parent is required to pay the full annual tuition cost, according to the installment schedule listed below.
If the school year is terminated earlier than planned and before March 31 of the school year, one additional installment must be paid, as the child’s place will remain vacant and the school’s financial obligations to third parties remain unchanged.
If the school year is terminated from April 1 onwards, the final installments (May and June) must also be paid, as tuition is charged on an annual basis.
The registration fee required to reserve a place is non-refundable and is paid once.
Absences of short or long duration—due to the child’s illness, the mother’s pregnancy, etc.—do not justify non-payment of tuition fees, which must continue to be paid normally, as the school’s financial obligations to third parties do not change.
In the event of a pandemic (e.g., coronavirus/COVID-19, influenza, etc.):
If we are required to close your child’s class due to outbreaks, please note that the parent’s financial obligation will continue as normal, because the school’s financial obligations to third parties do not change.
If there is a state-mandated suspension of our operation, both the parent and the school will follow the applicable legislation.
