good morning dear parents!
here is our menu:
Monday 14/4:
Breakfast:
Infants: Fruit puree (apple, pear, banana, avocado, orange, tangerine) and soft-boiled egg with bread
Toddlers: Egg (hard-boiled, omelet), orange juice, whole grain bread, and fruit salad (seasonal fruits)+ strawberries
Lunch: Vegetables
All: Grenn beans, with carrots, pumpkin, potatoes, onion, tomato, parsley, cheese, bread, olives
Tuesday 15/4:
Breakfast:
Infants: Apple, pear, banana, tangerine, orange, oat and pie with trahana
Toddlers: Trahanopita and fruit salad
Lunch: Fish
Toddlers/Babies who eat fish: Fish soup with vegetables, also has celery tomato/cucumber salad, bread.
THOSE WHO DON’T EAT FISH: Pasta with vegetables’ sauce, cheese, salad, olives.
Wednesday 16/4:
Breakfast:
Infants: Mashed fruit and soft egg with bread
Toddlers: Bread with tahini and honey, fruit salad
Lunch : Legumes
EVERYONE: Lentils, olives, tomato salad, feta cheese for those who eat, mixed bread.
