Monday 13/10:

Infants: Mashed fruit (watermelon, melon, apple, pear, orange, pomegranate, banana, persimmon fruit, grapes and soft-boiled egg with bun
Toddlers: Egg (hard-boiled, omelet), orange juice whole meal bread and fruit salad like infants
Meal: Vegetarian
Infants: Beef soup with carrot, zucchini, leek, pumpkin, tomato, rice, chard,drops of lemon juice
Toddlers: Pastitsio with mixed pasta (whole and plain), with vegetable sauce + red lentils, kefalotyri + myzithra (Kostarelos) and homemade béchamel.
The sauce consists of tomatoes, onion, pumpkin, carrot, zucchini, chard and lapatho. Cucumber-tomato salad.
Tuesday 14/10:
Breakfast:
Infants: Mashed fruit and like Monday and cheese bread (milk, yogurt, eggs, whole wheat flour, oats, baking soda, feta cheese and gouda
Toddlers: Cheese bread and seasonal fruits
Meal: Chicken
Infants: Chicken soup with tomato, pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato, broccoli
Toddlers: Baked with vegetables, sweet potato, carrot and pumpkin, red and green pepper, tomato salad, feta cheese
Jason – Mona: Vegetables sweet potato, carrot and pumpkin, red and green pepper, mushrooms and walnut, tomato salad, feta cheese
Wednesday 15/10:
Breakfast:
Infants: Mashed fruit like Monday and soft-boiled egg with bun
Toddlers: Egg (hard-boiled, omelet), orange juice whole meal bread and fruit salad
Meal: Legumes
Infants: Vegetable soup: leek, tomato, pumpkin, broccoli, zucchini and
Toddlers: Lentils (regular, black, red and brown rice), olives, tomato salad, feta cheese, bread.
Thursday 16/10:
Breakfast:
Infants: Mashed fruit (seasonal fruit) and oats
Toddlers: Bread with tahini, honey, milk and fruit salad
Lunch: Fish
Infants: Meat soup with carrot, pumpkin, leek, celery, tomato, chard, cous-cous
Toddlers/Babies who eat fish: Fish soup with vegetables, and celery tomato/cucumber salad, bread.
Jason and those who don’t eat fish: Spinach and rice, tofu for Jason, feta for the rest, tomato salad
Friday 17/10:
Breakfast:
Infants:Mashed fruit and soft-boiled egg with bun
Toddlers:Egg (hard-boiled, omelet), orange juice whole meal bread and fruit salad like infants
Meal: Beef
Infants: Meat soup, with pumpkin, zucchini, tomato, spring onion, carrot, sweet potato
Toddlers: With fresh green beans, carrot, onion, tomato, pumpkin, parsley, feta cheese, cucumber-tomato salad.
Iasonas – Mona: Green beans, feta cheese and cucumber-tomato salad.
