Infants: Fruit puree (apple, pear, banana, avocado, orange, tangerine) and soft-boiled egg with whole grain bread
Toddlers: Egg (hard-boiled, omelet), orange juice, whole grain bread, and fruit salad (seasonal fruits)
Lunch: Beef
All: Spaghetti with mince meat sauce cabbage /carrot or tomato salad
Jason – Mona: Pasta from red lentils, with vegetable sauce +almonds+mushrooms, cabbage/carrot or tomato salad, bread and their cheese
Tuesday 1/4:
Infants: Fruit cream with apple, pear, banana, tangerine, orange, oats and homemade cheese pies: dough=yogurt, egg, flour, filling=feta, cottage cheese, a little milk, a little oil.
Toddlers: Cheesepie, orange juice and fruit salad with seasonal fruits
Kostis: Pie with his own cheese, orange juice and fruit
Meal: Vegetables
ALL : Various veggies with buckwheat, quinoa and brown rice, feta cheese, tomato salad, bun

Wednesday 2/4:
Breakfast:
Infants: Fruit cream and soft egg with bread
Toddlers: Egg ( hard boiled, omelet), orange juice, whole wheat bread and fruit salad as Monday
Kostis: Crepe with chickpea flour + tomato + red pepper + mushrooms
Meal: Chicken
All: Free Range Chicken Breast Minced Burgers, Oats, Mint, Parsley, Thyme, Tomato, Lemon, Orange & Potatoes+Pumpkin+Carrots+Oven Bell Pepper, Feta, Tomato Salad, Broccoli/Cauliflower Broccoli, Bun
Jason – Mona: Meatballs made of fava beans + sweet potato + mint + parsley + tomato, pumpkin meatballs (pumpkin) and tomato salad, cheese
Thursday 3/4:
Breakfast:
Infants: Apple, pear, banana, tangerine, orange, oat and tahini bun.
Toddlers: Sheep or cow yoghurt, raisins, honey and fruit
Kostis: Buckwheat bread with tahini, orange juice and fruit
Lunch: Fish
Toddlers/Babies who eat fish: Fish soup with vegetables, also has celery tomato/cucumber salad, bread.
THOSE WHO DON’T EAT FISH: Red sauce cauliflower with pilaf, tomato salad, cheese
Friday 4/4:
Breakfast:
Infants: Mashed fruit and soft egg with bread
Toddlers: Egg ( hard boiled, omelet), orange juice, whole wheat bread and fruit salad as Monday
Lunch : Legumes
EVERYONE: Lentils, olives, tomato salad, feta cheese for those who eat, mixed bread.
