Monday 16/6 (last FROGGIES’ meeting, parents -teachers, 1st group)
Breakfast:
Infants: Mashed fruit (watermelon, melon, peach, apricot, apple, pear, orange, banana and soft-boiled egg with bun
Toddlers: Egg (hard-boiled, scrambled), orange juice whole meal bread and fruit salad like infants
Meal: Beef
All: Jouvetsi (beef mincemeat, onion, carrot, zucchini, tomato, nutmeg, cinnamon+ whole wheat + wheat critharotto), cucumber tomato salad
Jason – Mona: Jouvetsi with tomato, mushrooms, onion, carrot, pumpkin + buckwheat, their cheese and cucumber tomato
Tuesday 17/6: Mini tenis afternoon for Hippos-Giraffes-Crocodiles as appointed
Breakfast:
Infants: Mashed fruit (watermelon, melon, peach, apricot, apple, pear, orange) and banana bread
Toddlers: Mixed cereal with milk and fruit salad as Monday
Meal: Vegetables
ALL : Fresh beans with carrot, zucchini, tomato, potatoes, parsley and/or peas with carrot, pumpkin, potatoes, dill, lemon, olives, feta, cucumber tomato, bread
Wednesday 18/6: (last FROGGIES’ meeting, parents -teachers, 2nd group) and Music/Karate afternoon for Monkeys!)
Infants: Mashed fruit and soft-boiled egg with bun
Toddlers: Egg (hard-boiled, omelet), orange juice, whole meal bread and fruit salad as on Monday
Meal: Chicken+ Ratatouille
All: Chicken breast with chopped seasonal vegetables, feta cheese, cucumber tomato salad, bread
Jason – Mona: Zucchini keftedes-balls (shredded pumpkin, onion, some tomato, mint, parsley, egg and some oats) and quinoa salad with red pepper, cucumber and tomato), their cheese
Thursday 19/6:
Breakfast:
Infants: Μashed fruit (like on Monday) and toast with cheese or tahini
Toddlers: Toast with cheese, for those who swim and sheep and/or cow yogurt, with honey and raisins and fruit for the rest of the children
Meal: Fish
Toddlers/Babies who eat fish: Fish soup with vegetables, and celery, tomato/cucumber salad, bread.
THOSE WHO DON’T EAT FISH: Cabbage-vegetable rice, olives, feta cheese, tomato, bread.
Friday 20/6:
Breakfast:
Infants: Soft-boiled egg, mashed fruit (like on Monday) and bread
Toddlers: Egg (hard-boiled, omelet), orange juice, whole meal bread and fruit salad as on Monday
Meal: Legumes
Everyone: Dry beans (and a few chickpeas) soup, olives, tomato, bread and feta cheese for those who eat
