Menu from 12-5 to 16-5-25

good morning dear parents! our menu:

Monday 12/5:

Breakfast:
Infants:
Fruit puree (apple, pear, banana, avocado, orange, melon, loquat) and soft-boiled egg with whole grain bread
Toddlers: Egg (hard-boiled, omelet), orange juice, whole grain bread, and fruit salad (seasonal fruits)

Lunch: Legumes

Everybody: Spaghetti with vegetable sauce (tomato, onion, pumpkin, zucchini and olives for those who eat), kefalotyri cheese, green salad or tomato salad

 

Tuesday  13/5:

Breakfast:

Infants: Fruit cream with apple, pear, banana, melon, orange and bread with tahini/honey or oats.

Toddlers: Bread with honey and tahini, milk, fruit salad with seasonal fruits.

Lunch: Chicken.

Everybody: With peas, spring onion, carrot, fennel, lemon, dill, feta cheese, tomato cucumber salad.

Jason – Mona: the same without the chicken, with their own cheese.

 

Wednesday 14/5:
Breakfast:

Infants: Fruit cream and egg with honey on wholemeal bread

Toddlers: Egg (hard-boiled, omelette), orange juice, wholemeal bread and fruit salad as on Monday

Lunch: Legumes

Everyone: Bean salad, olives, tomato, bread and feta cheese for those who eat

 

 

Thursday 15/5:

Infants: Fruit cream with apple, pear, banana, melon, orange and trachanopita

Toddlers: Trachanopita, without eggs, orange juice and fruit salad with seasonal fruits

Meal: Fish

Toddlers/Infants who eat fish: Fish soup with vegetables, also has celery, tomato/cucumber salad, bread.

THOSE WHO DON’T EAT FISH + Jason (his own cheese): Stuffed stuffing! And feta cheese, tomato, bread.

 

Friday 16/5:

Breakfast:

Infants: Egg (soft, omelet, scrambled), orange juice, whole meal bread and fruit salad as on Monday.

Lunch: Beef

Everyone: Shepherd’s pie – minced meat as for Bolognese, mashed potatoes, baked, green salad and/or cucumber salad

Jason- Mona: The same. Instead of minced meat, we will add mushrooms
